The Federation’s General Assembly will be held on Saturday 26 March 2022 in the CNOSF amphitheatre in Paris. It will be a hybrid event, with the option of attending and voting on site or remotely.

Notices of meeting have been sent to club and school managers by post and by email.
For the two vacant seats on the Board of Directors, applications must be received before Thursday 10 March 2022. They will be published on the Federation’s website on Friday 11 March 2022.
Written questions can be submitted through an online form from 11 March 2022 until Wednesday 23 March 2022.
The electoral commission will be set up before 22 February 2022. It will be made up of one FFPLUM member and 2 members from another sports federation.

The detailed procedures will be set out in the notice of meeting and the documents sent to you by email and by post. This page will be updated with the documents relevant to the General Assembly as they become available.

Important dates to remember

Friday 18 March 2022 : deadline for registrations and proxies. Deadline for lunch bookings.
Wednesday 23 March 2022 : deadline for written questions; access codes provided to club officials so they can watch the broadcast of the General Assembly and take part in the votes.
