FFPLUM Ordinary General Assembly of 23 March 2024

The federation's General Assembly will be held on Saturday 23 March 2024 at the headquarters of the Directorate General for Civil Aviation (DGAC) in Paris. It will take place in person, with the option of following by video conference.

Notices of meeting will be emailed to club and school managers.
Written questions can be submitted via an online form from Friday 8 March to Wednesday 20 March 2024.

The detailed agenda will be set out in the notice of meeting and the documents sent to you by email.

This page will be updated as documents relevant to the General Assembly become available.

Meeting agenda

08:30 : Welcome coffee. Online reception for the video conference opens.
9:00 am: Extraordinary General Assembly.
- Bringing the FFPLUM statutes into line with the requirements of Law no. 2022-296 of 2 March 2022 aimed at democratising sport in France and article L. 131-8 of the Sports Code.
10:00 am: Vote and result.
10:15 am: Moral report and answers to written questions - Sebastien Perrot, President of FFPLUM.
11:15 am : Financial report (2023 accounts and 2024 budget) - Denise Lacote - Treasurer of FFPLUM.
- Address by the chartered accountant - Cabinet Open conseil - Mr Prefol.
- Address by the statutory auditor - Mrs Béguin-Vetterl.
12:00 noon: Votes and results.
12:15 pm : Aperitif and lunch.
14:00 : Welcome for newly affiliated clubs and schools.
- Presentation of ULM Info and events - Solène Bergevin - FFPLUM editorial manager.
3:00 pm: Online procedures and PN portal - DSAC/PN.
3:30 pm: Training progress report: initiator and Sport Qualification - Mohamed Azzouni and Mathieu Farcy - National Technical Directorate.

Important dates to remember

- Friday 8 March 2024 : Written questions open (on the Federation’s website).
- Friday 15 March 2024 : deadline for registrations and proxies. Deadline for lunch bookings.
- Wednesday 20 March 2024: written questions close at 5 pm; access codes supplied to club and school managers to watch the live broadcast of the GA.
