DGAC safety information - New radio frequencies
News from 6 February 2023. Last updated on 14 February 2023: some information may have changed. Latest news

Following a reminder from the DGAC, in order to reduce the risk of using an incorrect radio frequency, a few recommendations for your flight preparation
Many self-information aerodromes that used the 123.5 MHz frequency have already been given, or will very soon be given, dedicated frequencies. This information is announced by a Trigger NOTAM and entered in the AIP AD-1.6.
Particular attention is needed regarding the use of our “GPS” navigation systems with an out-of-date database (VAC or navigation charts not up to date…): this has led pilots to join the circuit at airfields using frequencies that were no longer current.
We therefore recommend that you stay vigilant when preparing your flights.
