The Ordinary General Assembly of the FFPLUM Hauts de France regional committee will be held on 25 January 2020 at 10:30am.

The agenda is as follows:
1 - Annual report 2019: vote to approve
2 - Financial report 2019: vote to approve
3 - Resignation of the current board and election of a new board for 2020.
Applications must comply with the internal rules, in particular article 2/B/2:
“Only adults in full possession of their rights may stand, who have been federation members for more than 6 months on election day within an organisation referred to in articles 2a and 2c of the regional committee's statutes, who actively practise microlighting or wish to take an active part in the work of the Regional Committee, in particular within its committees, or through actions entrusted to them by the board. Elected members from the same club are limited to two.”
Candidates must send their application before 10 January 2020, on plain paper, to the head office of the Hauts de France Regional Microlight Committee, at the following postal address: Maison Régionale des Sports, 367 rue Jules Guesde, 59650 Villeneuve d'Ascq.
To be elected, candidates must be present at the General Assembly.
We remind you of the extract from Article 5 of the statutes: "The Regional Committee is run by a board of directors of no more than eight members; it must include at least one woman, no more than two representatives of O.B.L. and at least one representative for each département in the region."
In accordance with the statutes, three members will be appointed before the elections. They will be responsible for validating the applications for the board election and for ensuring that the voting is conducted properly.
The General Assembly will be followed by a friendly drink.
