Dear members,
This year our 16th women microlight pilots' gathering will take place as part of the 33th Airexpo Air Show, on the weekend of 11 and 12 May 2019 in Toulouse - Muret Lherm – LFBR. Admission to the air show is free for registered women pilots (registration at the bottom of the page) and €7 for others, on presentation of the FFPLUM 2019 licence.
See the programme of the event here
Beyond this very attractive programme, the meal on Friday evening will be held at the airfield.
The one on Saturday evening will be held at the Arc en Ciel restaurant at the airfield and will be free for women microlight pilots holding a 2019 licence who are registered for the gathering. It costs €25 per person for others (aperitif, starter, paella, dessert and wine).
A chance to share our passion with a wider circle.
“Since its first edition in 1987, Airexpo has offered a group of about forty students the unique opportunity to share their passion for aeronautics by organising a large-scale air show. This air show, whose reputation keeps growing, has over the years established itself as one of the biggest in France in terms of attendance” to host renowned display teams such as the Patrouille de France or the Red Arrows.
The students who keep Airexpo going have no other wish than to share and spark the aeronautical flame they had when they were younger, so let us share microlighting with them!
Women are in the spotlight this year, under the theme “Women and Aeronautics.”, so it seemed worthwhile to me to join this fine event to meet other women pilots.
It is by sharing and exchanging that we will move forward!
Register here, take part and share!
See you very soon!
