The Anères paramotor pilots' summer meeting (Strip LF6538), in the Hautes-Pyrénées, is planned from 21 to 29 August. Registered pilots come from all regions of France and from Belgium.
This fly-in concept, unique in France, was set up 4 years ago. This year 2021, the 6th and 7th editions will take place.
All health measures in force will be observed.
The Club will provide power sockets and its clubhouse, equipped with a kitchen, a fridge, a freezer, two large tables, toilets and a shower, a computer and Wi-Fi. You will also have hangars to store your aircraft and a car park.
For meals, we will offer a menu at lunchtime; in the evening there will be a pizza maker, a mobile grocery and a bring-and-share meal. There are shops in the villages near the airfield.
From Anères, between flights, it will be possible to go walking, cycling, mountain hiking, and visit caves, chasms, villages and castles. I will give a list of all the activities to registered pilots.
As in previous editions, we will not charge a registration fee. A box will be provided for pilots and everyone can slip in a banknote as they see fit. These sums will be given to the Club ULM et Modélisme d'An'Air.
We will do our best to welcome you, show you our Pyrenean mountains and offer you the friendly hospitality of the Bigorre.
