- Briefing for pilots flying in the morning: 8:30 to 9:00 am.
- Flights from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. For 20 min of actual flying (on HDG 10)
- Lunch break
- Briefing for pilots flying in the afternoon: 1:30 to 2:00 pm
- Flights from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. For 20 min of actual flying (on HDG 10)

Each club president who receives the information (poster) and the registration form can register the young pilots who wish to take part.
