News of 18 December 2018. Last updated on 3 February 2023: some information may have changed. Latest news

Club and school managers, remember to submit your 2018 activity declaration.

AERAL form (Acquisition et Exploitation des Rapports d'Activité de l'aviation Légère - Collection and Use of Light Aviation Activity Reports) - MALGH - DGAC

This form, approved as CERFA no. 12806*5, will let you submit your 2018 activity report for your aeronautical organisation.

  • Associations under the 1901 law are normally required to report on their activity (see reference texts).
  • Affiliated associations can receive State grants through the federations.
  • The DSAC/IR may pay activity bonuses to affiliated flying clubs provided they are approved and their activity report has been completed in AERAL.

AERAL is not intended to cover organisations not affiliated with a federation recognised under article D 510-3, organisations that are not associations under the 1901 law, or private individuals.

Reporting your activity enriches light aviation statistics and shows the importance and diversity of your discipline.

It also contributes to publishing a directory of aeronautical organisations by activity, based on the information you kindly provide, which will appear on the ministry's website in real time as soon as your 2018 activity report is finally validated.
