CNFAS statement - Saturday 28 November 2020 - 20 km, 3 hours until 15 December
News of 28 November 2020. Last updated on 8 December 2020: some information may have changed. Latest news

The new decree was published this Saturday 28 November, together with the new certificate. (available here)
- Below is the CNFAS statement
- The main change is the extension of the radius to 20 km for 3 hours for activity from home; in practice, all flights are possible within 20 km of home and for 3 hours.
- The text also allows sports facilities to reopen, and the Ministry of Sport issued a statement to that effect last night (see the text by clicking here)
- Travel restrictions linked to lockdown should end from 15 December, and we should be back to normal conditions for our flights from that date if the health situation improves
- We have updated the table of the different situations. It is available below
- As soon as we have new information, we will keep you informed.
Clarification on dual flights within the 20 km - 3 hour limit
"Local flights for people whose travel stays within 20 km of their home and lasts less than three hours. These are solo flights or flights with people living at the same address."
The CNFAS statement did not contradict the DGAC information (https://www.ecologie.gouv.fr/activite-des-aeroclubs), but the latter clears up some of the many remaining ambiguities, which we hope will end from 15 December
