For 2 days, the federation and its volunteers moved the microlights stored at Blois aerodrome.
These microlights and accessories, made available to the FFPLUM by its members as part of the work of remembrance on the heritage and development of the microlight movement, will be the subject of a project led with the various partners.
In addition to other aircraft already listed at other sites, about 10 microlights and a large quantity of equipment dating from the early days of the movement are being stored at Blois aerodrome, in new facilities, until they are restored.
Under the partnership between the FFPLUM and the Loir-et-Cher departmental council (CD 41), several projects are under development.
Among other things, this partnership aims to organise the Blois microlight show from 2021, with a European dimension and a wider representation of the different microlight disciplines.
CD41 has made available to the federation facilities and a site on which suitable containers have been placed, serving as storage space and logistical support for the various events to come.
