Organisation of the 2020 General Assembly

In these unusual times, the organisation of the FFPLUM 2019 General Assembly has had many twists and turns. To our great regret, the General Assembly originally scheduled for 28 March 2020, traditionally held on DGAC premises, could not take place.
We had first hoped to postpone this General Assembly to coincide with the Blois show scheduled for the end of August.
Given the cancellation of that event, we then considered a hybrid version of our General Assembly, meeting during the French Championships. This arrangement offered the choice of taking part in person or remotely.

Because of the current health restrictions, and like the other federations, we finally opted for a fully online version of our General Assembly.
Exceptionally, the FFPLUM General Assembly will take place over the week from Monday 5 October to Saturday 10 October. During this period, from Monday 5 October, the presidents of clubs and schools will be invited to vote on the resolutions online. Voting will close on Saturday 10 October at noon. To ensure the General Assembly runs smoothly, a provider specialising in remote voting solutions has been appointed by the federation. It will email the presidents their personal access codes in the next few days. The president's report, the financial report and all the resolutions put to the vote will be available for consultation on this platform from Monday 5 October.
Saturday 10 October will mark the end of this General Assembly week, with a video conference of the speech by the federation's President, Mr Sébastien Perrot, and by the Treasurer, Ms Denise Lacote.
The chartered accountant, Mr Jean-Philippe Prefol, and the auditor, Ms Dominique Beguin-Vetterl, will speak during this live broadcast from the federation head office.
At the end of the morning, the voting results will be communicated to you.
You can submit your questions using the form available on the website, by clicking here. Your questions will be grouped by theme so that the President can answer them during the videoconference.
In addition, the 2020 General Assembly will be scheduled for March 2021.
The head office team will be particularly busy throughout October and will be attentive to your questions so that each of you can vote and take part in the best possible conditions. A hotline service from the voting provider will be on hand to help you access the voting platform.
