News from 17 December 2020. Last updated on 18 December 2020: some information may have changed. Latest news

In a period that is still complicated, we are not going to add commentary on commentary. What is needed is a simple position based on what the law allows and what good practice requires, always with flight safety and the fight against the pandemic in mind. We therefore consider that in microlighting all flights may be undertaken and in particular all training flights. As for two-seat flights outside training, we recommend limiting them to flights with people from the same household. On this last point, it is only a tolerance by the authorities that applied before 15 December and that should, a fortiori, be maintained.

For everyone's clarity, we are attaching the opinion of the federation's lawyer, which we stand behind.

The federation is at your side.

Let's stay careful!
