BIA diplomas presented at Les Godasses Volantes

On Tuesday 30 November 2021, Mr Fabien DECQ, headteacher of the lycée ROBESPIERRE in ARRAS (62), presented the BIA diplomas to the students of the 2020-2021 session.

Thanks to Mrs Estelle COLLOT, the lycée’s senior education adviser (CPE), for organising the class at the start of the school year, the timetable slot and the provision of a room to give the BIA preparation lessons (we also had one student from the Lycée Gambetta).

A school year that was not always easy because of the health restrictions. The students sometimes had to follow lessons remotely and by correspondence. Even so, the visit to ARRAS-Roclincourt aerodrome and the facilities of Bernard CORDONNIER’s club “les Godasses Volantes” took place in February, and the introductory flights in May, before the “fateful” exam.

A large majority of the students passed, some with a “très bien” (distinction).
