There are two possible scenarios depending on your FFPLUM licence 2022:

You were a member of the FFPLUM in 2022: you can take out your 2023 licence from December 2022.
You were not a member of the FFPLUM in 2022: you can take out your 2023 licence and your insurance with the French Microlight Federation right now! The insurance cover you take out will also be valid until 31 December 2023, that is 15 months for the price of 12. In that case, you will first receive a 2022 licence, which will be renewed automatically on 1 January 2023.
