Preparation and selection
The French Microlight Federation is organising the French Paramotor Team’s training at Anères in Occitanie on 12 and 13 February 2022. The aim will be to select the best pilots to represent France at the World Championships to be held in Brazil next April. 15 of the 20 best French paramotor pilots will be present at the Anères microlight strip (LF6538) and will be supervised by FFPLUM staff members. They will be hosted by the An’Air microlight club, used to aeronautical events and paramotor meetings.
Target: Brazil
The purpose of this training is to select the pilots who will take part in the World Paramotor Championship in Brazil, from 20 to 30 April 2022. France has several world-champion pilots who will defend their titles at Saquarema (140 kilometres east of Rio de Janeiro). The resumption of international competitions will allow France to face the world’s best nations again. Other international events are planned for 2022, in which France hopes to shine.
