The air-sea camp organised by the French Navy and the FFPLUM is back for the All Saints’ holidays. An opportunity not to be missed for our young members, who will have the chance to live an unforgettable experience. In addition to the activities planned on site, the 2022 intake will have the honour of being sponsored by Xavier Tytelman.

The Navy and the Federation have worked on a project for a week combining maritime and aerial activities: the air-sea camp. The camp will take place from 24 October 2022 to 28 October 2022 at the École Navale and at the Lanvéoc-Poulmic Naval Air Base in the Brest roads. The programme will be full and highly instructive for our selected young people, and will include, among other things:

  • A sailing trip and a night at sea.
  • Talks on the various Navy careers, meetings with officer cadets and military personnel, and their accounts of their experience.
  • Flight and navigation simulator, flight in an SR20 and in Navy Caïman helicopters.
  • Group team-building activities.

Please note: some activities depend on suitable weather and the availability of military aircraft.

Conditions for applying

  • Be an FFPLUM member.
  • Be aged between 18 and 25.
A prestigious sponsor

This year, the 2022 intake will have the good fortune to be sponsored by Xavier Tytelman, a former sailor, aeronautical consultant and well-known YouTuber in the aviation world. His YouTube channel has more than 271 000 subscribers and 43 million views.

Watch Xavier Tytelman’s video for our young members

This week will be rich in emotion and experience. A spirit of togetherness will be the common thread throughout your stay.

Please send the Federation, or by email to ffplum@ffplum.org, your application, a handwritten covering letter and your CV no later than 31 August 2022.
