The federation's General Assembly will be held on Saturday 25 March 2023 at the headquarters of the Directorate General for Civil Aviation (DGAC) in Paris. It will take place in person, with the option of following by video conference.

Notices of meeting will be sent to club and school managers by post and by email.
For the two vacant seats on the Board of Directors, applications must be received before Friday 10 March 2023. They will be published on the Federation’s website on Monday 13 March 2022.
Written questions can be submitted via an online form from Friday 10 March to Wednesday 22 March 2023.
The electoral commission will be set up before 23 February 2022. It will be made up of one FFPLUM member and 2 members from another sports federation.

The detailed procedures will be set out in the notice of meeting and the documents that will be sent to you by email and by post. This page will be updated with the documents relevant to the General Assembly as they become available.

9.00 am: Opening speech by Nathalie Domblides - DGAC.
9.15 am: Activity report and answers to written questions - Sebastien Perrot, President of the FFPLUM.
10:15 : Financial report (2022 accounts and 2023 budget) - Denise Lacote - FFPLUM Treasurer.
- Address by the chartered accountant - Cabinet Open conseil - Mr Prefol.
- Address by the statutory auditor - Mrs Béguin-Vetterl.
11:00: Votes and results.
11:20 : Presentation of the candidates. 2 seats to be filled on the Board of Directors.
11:40 am: Votes and results. Presentation of the Board of Directors.
11:45 : Aperitif and lunch.
14:00 : Welcome for newly affiliated clubs and schools.
3:30 pm: Launch of the carbon footprint assessment - Louis Collardeau, Vice-President of FFPLUM & Gilles Rosenbeger - R&D Manager, Sustainable Aviation expert - Time to fly.
16:00: Flight safety - Thierry Hespel, Safety Investigator - Microlight referent at the BEA.
4:30 pm: Thanks to Pierre Pouchès.
5.00 pm: Friendly drinks.

Timings may change depending on the number of candidates and technical constraints.

Important dates to remember

- Friday 10 March 2023 : deadline for receipt of applications by post (file below). Written questions open (on the federation website).
- Monday 13 March 2023 : candidacies and election documents validated by the electoral commission put online on the dedicated site
- Friday 17 March 2023 : deadline for registrations and proxies. Deadline for lunch bookings.
- Wednesday 22 March 2023 : deadline for written questions; access codes provided to club officials so they can watch the broadcast of the General Assembly.
