Tour ULM14 July 20181 min read

Thursday 28 July, evening

As on the previous day, departures were late because of the weather and the relatively long stages mean we arrive quite late. Add to this the tiredness that is starting to be felt, and the pace is a little languid. Our navigation consisted essentially of following the Loire upstream. Conditions are very good and the flight was serene. Still nothing to report in terms of incidents or breakages, and that is just as it should be. We are on the gigantic Le Puy-en-Velay airfield, which is huge and where all activities mix. This evening was the famous drinks of the mechanics' workshop, and we talked late around the magic potion! Last stage tomorrow, Friday.
