French Championship

Open to competitors with regional experience. It gives access to international competitions. The competition is held over 5 to 7 days.

Competition in microlight flying, as in all sporting activities, is the showcase of excellence.

At international level you find the best pilots in the world with the best machines.

Manufacturers also use these meetings to test new wings, new trikes, engines or concepts which, once validated, end up in series production on mainstream aircraft. But the spirit of competing in the French Championship is quite different.

Of course some are there to win the title, but the FFPLUM wants to give a different image of this big gathering; the competition aims to be more educational and fun, through simple and accessible events.

It thus offers a range of tools for progressing and improving.

If there is a fight, it is first and foremost against yourself that it must be fought. And this victory leads you to fly with ever greater safety margins day to day.
