Horizon ULM 2028 - Term of office 2025 - 2028
Horizon ULM 2028
It is a renewed team, made up of experienced elected members and new talent, who share a desire to get involved and to defend the values of a diverse, innovative and accessible microlighting.
The role of a federation's elected members is to work on a clearly identified collective project, to do everything possible so that the federation serves its members through clubs and affiliated structures, and to put forward proposals to our supervisory authorities.
Our objectives must secure a stable and solid framework for our federation in the years ahead, at a time when the aviation world is changing profoundly.

At a time when the demands of sustainable development and innovation affect all our behaviour, microlighting is the form of flying best placed to meet our passion for flight and freedom in an innovative, simple and accessible way.
The Horizon ULM 2028 team proposes to deliver a federal project built on 8 priorities:
➢ Governance in step with the federation's challenges and acting with full transparency.
➢ Developing environmentally friendly practices.
➢ Guaranteeing access to quality training, the guarantor of safety, within regulations that maintain and protect our declarative system.
➢ Promoting the development of competitive sport.
➢ Encouraging and sustaining inclusive activities.
