The International Kite Meetings (RICV) are organised by Berck Evènements Loisirs Côte d'Opale on behalf of the resort of Berck-sur-Mer.
This world-famous event requires many services to be mobilised: Sports and Events, Technical Services, Communication, Planning, IT.....
Hundreds of town staff work daily to guarantee the enchantment and magic of this great kite festival.
In addition, Tourist Office staff look after kite flyers from the four corners of the world, as well as hundreds of thousands of spectators who come to watch the colourful sky over Berck-sur-Mer for nearly 10 days.
Thanks to the financial support of the Regional Council and the General Council, but above all the funding of the town of Berck-sur-Mer, the International Kite Meetings remain the biggest free event in the Pas-de-Calais!
