Given the health situation, and contrary to what was announced in the federation calendar at the end of 2020, the General Assembly will not take place at the end of March at the DGAC but on Sunday 14 March at the CNOSF. The morning will be devoted to the 2020 moral and financial reports. The afternoon will cover the election of the members of the Executive Board for the next term.
• The Assembly is planned with live broadcast and remote voting, with elected members attending in person in the morning and candidates in the afternoon.
• Notices of meeting will be sent to club and school managers by post and by email before 14 February.
• Applications must be received before Saturday 27 February.
• Written questions can be submitted via an online questionnaire from 27 February to Thursday 11 March.
• The electoral commission will be set up before 14 February, made up of 3 members from another sports federation.
The details of the procedures will be given with the notice of meeting.
If the health crisis prevents this from going ahead, we will adapt according to the regulations.
