If you are absent or unable to attend, do not forget to give a proxy to a member affiliated to the FFPLUM from your organisation or another one (proxy template at the end of the document). Proxies are limited to two per person. To vote or be represented, a President or Manager must legally be in office on the date of the General Assembly.
Please circulate this information within your organisation. All FFPLUM Normandy members affiliated to a club are invited in a consultative capacity and may attend the General Assembly. They are most welcome!
Each President or Manager has a number of votes determined by the number of licences issued in 2021 in their organisation, according to the following scale:
- 1 votes for 2 members
- 2 votes for 3 to 10 members
- 3 votes for 11 to 30 members
- 4 votes for 31 to 80 members
- 5 votes above that

Meal
After the General Assembly, a meal is planned in a restaurant near St Pierre sur Dives, a few kilometres from the aerodrome.
To organise this meal, we ask you to confirm your attendance and the number of guests (surname and first name). The price of the meal is €22 for participants and €10 for Club Presidents and OBL Managers.
