Only club presidents or their representatives are entitled to vote, with a valid FFPLUM licence
In accordance with our statutes and internal rules, a quorum must be reached for the Assembly to deliberate validly. We therefore strongly encourage you to attend.
If this is not possible, in accordance with the statutes, club presidents may be represented by a member of their choice by giving them the attached proxy, duly completed and signed.
