Gemilis Formation is running an instructor refresher course.

2-day course:

Mainly classroom-based, it gives instructors up-to-date information on:

a) Regulations, the legal aspects of providing training, and accident statistics, using real case studies;

b) Human factors, threat and error management (TEM), and teaching methods;

c) Microlight mechanics and maintenance.

We also organise the instructor assessment flight (on a separate day), to be completed for each microlight class and at each extension.

For your information, there is a catering service at the aerodrome
