Amateur building… Are you among the 3000 who built their microlight?

3000! There are 3000 of us in France who have built our microlight, while others maintain or repair their machine and still others plan to build.

So it was only natural that our Board of Directors unanimously decided to recognise as a discipline this practice of building in order to fly. Our "Club life" division thus has a new area of responsibility.

It is meant to help you with the design, construction, upkeep and maintenance of your aircraft.

We therefore invite you to make yourself known, using the form at the link below. In a few days, around a hundred of you have already come forward, taking part in this survey, which will be very useful to us in supporting you as well and as closely as possible, and also in representing you before the institutions.

Microlight builders and restorers, contact us, tell us what you are building or dream of building, share your difficulties with us, and we will do our best to help. And then… send us your stories with photos so that we can share our passion in our ULM Info!

Note too that our activity is built on mutual help. If you are willing to share your know-how with other builders, to give advice to those who need it, or simply to help… make yourself known. In this way we will build a genuine directory of skills, of which there are many, which will be a mine of information and learning for our discipline.

We will be in Blois of course, at the "retro and amateur building" village, to welcome you and get to know you, but also to let you meet the designers, to whom you can put your questions directly.

How do you make yourself known?
