Aveyrolacs, a big seaplane microlight gathering
AVEYROLACS gathering 2024
Aveyrolacs is a seaplane gathering, but not only that... As well as flights on the water and the seaplane rally, there is a whole programme that also appeals to land-based machines. An occasional strip will be made available to them, from where they can fly as they please all week, from 10 to 18 August.
The highlights of the gathering will be Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15, with the unmissable party on 14 to celebrate the club "Air des Lacs"'s 15 years in fitting style. Let's get together in large numbers on those days; everyone is free to plan their stay around these key dates, depending on their availability and the weather.
Throughout the week, seaplane introductory flights will be on offer. The programme also includes a 250 km aerial sightseeing circuit around the bastide towns of the Aveyron. Alone or in a group, you can fly all or part of the circuit as suits you. A 80 km flight around the Lévezou wind farm or a hot-air balloon flight will also be offered.
Freedom, responsibility and good company are the watchwords of this gathering, which will take place with the participation of the FFPLUM, the PNVH and the municipality of Villefranche de Panat. Join us to celebrate this 15th anniversary and enjoy the beauty of the Aveyron skies.
