RETRO THREE-AXIS GATHERING (known as RMX24)

5, 6 & 7 July 2024

Sainte-Thorette LF1853 microlight airfield

In the centre of France, the RétroMultiaxe gathering is the event not to be missed!

Whether you fly a vintage three-axis microlight or dream of doing so, whether you are interested in the history of microlighting or simply curious by nature, this gathering is for you.

Its aim is to create links between the pilots and/or owners of "vintage" three-axis microlights, whether they are facing maintenance problems and the growing scarcity of parts, or simply want to share their passion for this type of machine.

Popular aviation, which is the spirit of basic microlighting, and amateur-built aircraft are made to meet and work hand in hand on principles of exchange, friendliness and technical tips, where everyone helps the others and learns from them for the shared success of our passion for flying. That is why the 3 pillars of the event will be amateur building, the trade stands and the aviation flea market.

At the heart of the event, of course, are your retro microlights arriving by air.

At least 3 of the following conditions must be met: machines of 450 kg maximum, value under 10 000 euros, 1st yellow card more than twenty years old, old design or historical value.

A rally of vintage three-axis microlights, the "Retro Rally", is organised on the Saturday to Dun sur Auron between 10am and 3pm.

For those arriving by air in microlights of other classes, a parking area will be reserved for you.
The event will be free for the pilots in command of the first 3 "sky motorbikes" to register.

For those who would like to arrive the day before, or for early risers, breakfast will be provided free of charge.
