SEASON 2024

Federation news13 March 20241 min read

The sporting season began with the 2024 world title won in slalom in Qatar by our French slalom team. Congratulations to our champions and the staff.

The 2024 calendar includes introductory courses to discover the sport, regional competitions to progress and the national level to perform. The national squads are evolving this season in order to train our pilots and fine-tune the performance of our French teams for the next international events.

Competition is a time devoted to flying differently, improving your piloting, discovering your machine's flight envelope and ensuring flight safety over the long term. It is also a time for sharing, for meeting people and for discovering the wonderful sites offered by our regions and our microlight clubs.

Competition is also open to non-pilots and to those who would like to join us in volunteer roles such as the race marshals needed for our sporting events to run smoothly. We also need "performers" on the ground in various technical and technological fields to keep improving how we compete.

Have a great sporting season.
