The CEC: It stands for Compte Engagement Citoyen (Citizen Engagement Account)

Do you work as a volunteer? Your CEC lets you earn training rights, recorded on your personal training account (CPF).

https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/F34030

It is a scheme for volunteers. It is open to people in work and to retired people alike.

- If you are a club, you have surely already created your Compte Asso. If not, now is the time to do so.

- If you are a volunteer and have done more than 200 hours of voluntary work a year, this applies to you.

You can create your account and register, stating your club and the hours worked. Once your club officer has validated them, this will let you add to your time account. (Limited to €240 over one year and with a maximum of €720)

It is worth knowing that the funding of any CPF-eligible training can be topped up with CEC rights.

This could be used for instructor training but could cover plenty of other courses... (Communication, IT, Media, Mechanics, etc....)

If you are a volunteer, don't hesitate to register and to update it every year:
