Temporary licences: leisure or competition, microlighting is open to everyone!

FFPLUM now offers two types of temporary licence, available through affiliated clubs and schools:
- the temporary leisure licence,
- the temporary competition licence (pilot certificate, with passenger carrying possible, and a medical certificate of no contraindication to competitive microlight flying is compulsory).
A real lever for introducing our activity and welcoming new audiences in a safe federation setting!
For clubs: more freedom, fewer constraints.
> Introductory courses, discovery courses, holiday courses, tours or rallies: the leisure licence allows non-members to take part legally, without making the organising club liable.
> Regional or friendly competitions: the competition licence makes it easier for occasional or foreign pilots to take part, without compromising your organisational framework or your insurance.
For the Federation: an opportunity to raise our profile.
This scheme is also an excellent way to make FFPLUM known, along with its values, its instruction and the many benefits of the annual licence.
How to take one out?
Licences are taken out directly by affiliated clubs and schools from their manager area.
Clubs, managers, instructors: use these licences as a tool for welcoming people, developing and promoting our shared passion!
The temporary licence is valid for 15 consecutive days at a price of €20, renewable once.
The temporary licence includes a Pilot/Participant Personal Accident cover with a sum insured of €10 000.
If an annual licence is taken out in the same season as the temporary licence, the amount of the temporary licence(s) will be deducted.
