Administrative documents to use
It is preferable to use the forms (to download) provided by each regional office. Failing that, you can use the 3 types of form linked below. These documents correspond to the successive stages of training. They must be completed by the instructor and sent to the DSAC. The instructor must keep a copy in their files and give a copy to their student.
- Training start declaration form
- Certificate training contract
- Solo flight certificate
- Certificate of success in the tests for the issue of the Microlight Pilot Certificate, the passenger-carrying rating or the radiotelephony qualification
Training monitoring tools
These sheets, drawn up for the instructor, make it possible to keep a record of the training given, and of the remarks and advice made during it.
A copy must be given to the student on request, and compulsorily at the end of the training.
- Student record sheet
A summary document listing the various lessons given during training. - Navigation introduction record sheet
A document specific to teaching navigation, covering all the notions needed to prepare a flight. - Progress logbook
Here the instructor will find a ''template page'' to fill in for each lesson. All the completed pages make up the progress logbook.
