A difficult first PF1 event (single-seat foot launch) on a course with 5 pylons and a disruptive, strengthening crosswind.

Official practice, Boris Tysebaert at last
This Monday morning the official practice events began, with engine-off pylon runs.
Sunday 28 October
Free practice day
Too much wind this Sunday morning, 28 October, but at about 14:00 the excellent weather conditions allowed the pilots to take over the site.
Saturday 27 October
Practice delayed, morale high
This Saturday, the pilots were not given permission to practise following a small hold-up by the Egyptian army.
